Why we exist

Australia’s property market runs on information the buyer rarely gets to see. The agent, the campaign and the auctioneer are all paid to get the highest price. The buyer, often making the biggest purchase of their life, walks in with the least information and the most on the line.

We started knest.ai to change that: to give everyone a full, independent report before they act, so decisions are made on facts, not pressure. The data that reveals a home’s real story, from environmental risks and planning overlays to 3D land maps, sale trends and suburb growth, already exists on the public record. It was just scattered, technical, and out of reach for most buyers.

So we built an AI that reads all of it, in plain English, and sits entirely on the buyer’s side. Independent, transparent, and free to start.
