Free property reports on any NSW address.
An independent valuation report in under a minute. Price estimate, recent comparable sales, flood and bushfire risk, zoning and land detail. Never paid by sellers.
A listing shows what a seller must disclose. A knest report shows what they don’t have to: flood and bushfire risk, easements, zoning, and what the home is actually worth.
What the report shows you

“knest.ai flagged flood risk on a place we were about to bid on. It read the home the way a good buyer’s agent would, but it was free, and entirely on our side.”

Property report questions, answered.
Is the property report actually free?
Yes. The report costs nothing, there is no sign-up and no card. knest.ai is never paid by a seller or an agent, so there is no version of this where you are the product being sold to someone listing a home.
How do I get a property valuation report on a home?
Enter the address at the top of this page and the report is generated straight away. You do not need to book a valuer, contact an agent, or wait for a callback. A licensed valuer's report is a separate, paid product used for lending and legal purposes; this is an independent estimate built from the same underlying data.
What does a property valuation report cost?
A formal valuation from a licensed valuer in Australia generally runs from a few hundred dollars and takes several days. The knest.ai report is free and instant. It is not a substitute for a formal valuation where one is legally required, but for deciding what to offer it draws on the same sales evidence.
What is in the report?
An independent price estimate with the comparable sales it was based on, flood and bushfire risk, zoning and planning overlays, easements and land detail, plus street and suburb sales history. Every figure is dated and cited, so you can see where it came from.
How is this different from a free property report from a bank or CoreLogic?
A lender's free report is a customer acquisition tool, and most of them stop at an automated price range and recent sales. They are not built to tell you what is wrong with a property. The knest.ai report adds the risk and planning layers, flood and bushfire, easements, zoning and land constraints, and it is not attached to a loan application or a marketing list.
How accurate is the price estimate?
It is an automated estimate, so it is a starting point rather than a guarantee, and the report shows you the comparable sales behind it so you can judge it yourself. Confidence is lower on unusual homes and in suburbs with thin recent sales, and the report says so where that applies.
